I've had time to think.
Since this is my first time fasting I think I would make it a three I’d four day fast. I still really want to achieve a two week fast, but I’ve had some advice from people that told me not to go two weeks. Which hurts a bit with not much support but I think I should start small before I go big. We’ll see I’ll probably change my mind over and over again. You never know.
Day 2
Well well well day two is here and I am really craving pasta mainly Italian food and pizza this sucks. I have to admit I cheated, but with a very light snack, and it felt wrong. Last night I felt a headache coming on but I didn’t get it. I feel it coming in again but right now I’m just wanting to do something productive. Thankfully my dear friend Lucy invited me to the movies once...
Ok today is the day. Day one of potential fast. Not hungry at all.
Fasting for cancer!
I've begun a fast for two reasons. One because it has been in my interest for awhile. Two because my brother is about to go through chemo to beat that aggressive lump on his neck. I decided to blog about my two week fast. If interested give it a look. Hopfully I'm not boring. Who knows thanks for reading.
Day One.
Alrighty first day of fast and I am not hungry… Yet. I am currently listening to Blind Pilot’s “3 Rounds and a Sound” my morning and night song.
So here are some stuff about me. I currently weigh at… 177 pounds my measurements are… 45-38-44. What is on my agenda for today??? I was gonna visit my high school but I can go tomorrow. I have some house...
Eve of fast.
Due to unplanned sickness… Ok hangover I will start the fast a day later. Still contemplating if I should start the first few days having one light meal a day or not some says it could help makes things easier for inexperience fasters. Well I’ll be back after my beauty sleep with some more to say night all.
preparation for upcoming fast!
Today is the day I stop eating dairy, eggs, sugar, meat. I’ll be drinking water, juice and I’ll be eating fruits and veggies a few days before I start my fasting. I’ll be cleansing my body of all the sh*t I’ve been putting in it for nineteen years. Three more days I can’t wait!!!!!

Fast!
So about a couple of weeks ago I’ve decided to finally put my fasting experience to action. I’ve done a few research and preparations. My brother is about to go through chemo and for my support to him I’ll be fasting for two weeks starting next week on the twentith. I plan to blog about by whole experience. To my readers, if I have any. Enjoy the next couple of weeks.
